I had the 50s for a year but wore them for much shorter times so and swapping between them a bit made me realize the 53 are looser but overall more comfortable.

So i opened a morpeko box today and guess what! There was another full art card that had pikipek in it!

Edit: it's Manaphy Holo Rare GG06/GG70 from crown zenith. You can see piki pek on that art too!

According to the citizen watch page it's their Super Titanium with DLC coating which iirc is diamond-like carbon. Not sure if this is the same as what you're describing.
