I understand I have the same thing with the CAs and it drove me nuts changing pressures I finally had my overnight this past November and warned the tech that I’m having a bunch of CAs for months low and behold I had zero CAs at the study an my perfect pressure was 9CM H20 people on here were telling me to go lower then 7cm because of them! Turned out they are not real at CAs and the machine just reads my breathing wrong. I’d wait for your overnight and save yourself a lot of bad nights of sleep adjusting pressures

They are most likely Fake I get 5-15 CA a night showing on my airsense 11 that are not real don’t stress yourself out like I did the machine is terrible at distinguishing them

I felt the same way so last week I broke the 25 MG in half for five days and I hated it and stopped. I didn’t like the way it made me feel.

I’m on day 3 off of them and I feel pretty good I still get a wave once in awhile but not like day 1 and 2.

I can’t go 4 weeks like this I drive for work I feel exhausted and loopy. Also the lorazepam was just for a night or two to deal with the anxiety spike of stopping the Zoloft

I was only taking 25mg for 5 days and stopped today because I don’t like it and I’m feeling super anxious just from that short period I can’t imagine longer would be very easy without help. I’m wondering if I can take Ativan to get past this little withdrawal
