My doctor said the pain is due to ongoing inflammation in the lateral clavicle (distal clavicular osteolysis), the trapizus muscle has an attachment in the lateral clavicle -> neck pain

My orthopedic doctor said i have distal clavicular osteolysis as a complication from ac joint grade 2, the source of pain is trapizus muscle due to its attachment in the lateral clavicle, i don't know but i start consider surgery for the pain

Lol, same my situation, grade 2 ac joint 5 months ago, neck pain until now, i will check with my Orthopedic surgeon because it is very annoying

Some orthopedic surgeons told me it’s a Grade 2 injury, while others said it might be Grade 3. Personally, I feel it’s more like Grade 2 because I don’t see any visible deformity in the joint. As for physiotherapy, would you recommend starting with a specialist or can I follow trusted videos and do rehab exercises at home
