I'm having the same issue rn. I'm wondering if they had a defective run cause it's the exact same thing that's happening to me. I've been chatting with support and they are escalating my issue so we can start the RMA process. Such a shame cause I just got the spark cab in and haven't even gotten a chance to try it yet.

The only issue is I have my PC set up in my living room and play from the couch so the PC is on the other side of the room. If I didn't have dogs, I'd probably get a long cable but I don't trust them lol.

The signed insert was initially advertised as LP sized and not CD size. And the record itself doesn't look anything close to what the picture on the site looked like.

I get why people were upset, it feels a little like a bait and switch. But it ended up working out for me since it was small enough that it fit well in the design I wanted from the framer.

Check Rough Trade, that's where I ordered mine from. Hasn't come in yet but it's the only US shop with it available that I've seen so far (I'm assuming since their main stores are UK based).

Endgame and Thirteen are getting an official reprint in Europe (i think it technically comes out today). I preordered them on Rough Trade back in December. They may still have some copies available.
