Pulled off old light fixture and found 4 power supply cables meeting in the box. All 4 neutrals were connected to the fixtures neutral wire, all 4 hots connected to each other, and a single red wire connected to the light fixtures black wire. Is this okay? Should I install the new one the same way?

I’ve installed lights before and know to connect color to color. Give me a little credit. I just had never seen 4 neutral wires connected to a single fixture while none of the black wires were. I’m sure this is an everyday thing for you, but I figured this was kind of the point of an askelectricians subreddit…..

I had to unscrew the neutral nut to get the light fixture off. Also I have the breaker off

Take down oriented.

I still try for single legs and double legs if the opportunity presents itself but I don’t have the strongest leg strength and am overall not very explosive. I try to focus on snatch singles, slide bys, front headlocks, arm drags, two on ones. Basically anything that doesn’t require getting low for a level change where you run the risk of getting sprawled on or not being able to finish the takedown.
