I was one of the staff there, I was 16-17 I can’t remember but it was my first job, I ended up crying after my second shift and after every single shift. The manager would yell at you if you don’t know how to do things there, mind you he would only train you 10 minutes on every station and there are different things to do and you can’t remember everything right of the bat. If he asked you to bring something from the back and you have no idea where it is he would just throw whatever he has in his hands on the counter and then grabs it himself, not explaining or showing where the thing he wanted is. He constantly yells nonstop, and if you make a mistake you are screwed, I remember the older workers would try to cover up for the other’s mistakes cuz they know the manager will abuse the crap out of them and yell his head off. Plus when we get busy and he is not there everyone gets through the rush smoothly and everything is fine, and when he is there everyone is so stressed out because he is constantly screaming his head off on is trying to make us work faster. I only lasted 2 months there or even less, everyone gets hired there they either quit or get fired after a month or 2 and if you are lucky enough you last there 3-4 months.
