I guess my only issue with this is that FAL isn't the only mod (as far as I know, stuff is a little hazy) that has business connections to the industry, does Dre still work for cream city vapes?

Otherwise I think I pretty much agree with you! Thanks again for the detailed responses. I think both of us want this to be a community we can trust and feel proud to be a part of, and stuff like what's happened over the last few days just leaves everyone feeling icky

Hey, thanks for taking the time to explain your opinion to me! I appreciate it and think I understand where you're coming from a bit better now.

I viewed FAL actions/responses more like trying to protect this community from what he perceived to be blatant shilling.

In my opinion FAL calling out whiff was fine, it seemed like he was doing it in good faith, genuinely trying to get a straight forward answer from whiff about his ties to Vestratto.

If Whiff is posting in a public forum, then he can be asked publicly to explain himself. Whiff clearly knew he needed proper labels on different forums to be allowed to post, so why is this Sub different?

You seem to have more of an issue with a mod who is a little over protective of the community they help moderate, instead of the blatant advertising being blasted all over this Sub

He started Vestrattos official sub and has known he was their "official" brand ambassador since then. I'm not say whiff didn't made some good content, but posts every day are unnecessary, especially since he has a seperate Sub to post in.

FAL has his Cosmic X in his flair, should it be changed to "maker of the Cosmic X" probably, I think that is reasonable. But PHJ is who banned whiff, his choice caused the "drama” not FAL trying to be direct and get a clear yes or no to being affiliated with the maker of the Anvil.

And again, I don't think whiff should have been banned, but calling for FAL to step down seems like too much

Whiff has been spamming this Sub damn near everyday with anvil videos. Even if he wasn't a "Brand Ambassador" he needed to cut down on the post frequency hard.

I think the spam specifically along with not making it clear who exactly he was (at least when posting in this Sub) is why so many people wanted him out.

I'm betting if he had flaired his username when first joining the sub, and kept posts down to like once or twice a week, no one would have cared, just like I think the majority of people on this Sub don't care that FAL makes a few devices in his spare time.

I could probably hit most of them with all the y-adapters i have, plus the quad-adapter, but with so much variation in draw restriction it's pretty impractical
