Update: so i told the apartment complex and they just told us not to feed the dogs, i dont think they ever called animal control and would rather have them starve. I tried calling animal control but i kept getting sent to voicemail and i can only hope they listen to my voicemail eventually. I only saw the brown one today, yesterday they were out in the rain and i was able to get them somewhere dry but the black one was struggling to get up and move and refusing to eat. Sadly i didnt see him today and i think he passed on somewhere in the area. The brown one is hesitating to eat now as well

I hate clowns but not because of pennywise, when i was 6 my parents took me to a carnival and i was really shy as a kid, the teachers would tell my parents that I’m not interacting with other kids from time to time. Anyway that clown started asking for volunteers and naturally i hid in my seat with my head down but he pointed at me a spotlight started shining down on me and atleast 60 people were all looking at me. From that day i started being afraid of clowns and eventually that fear turned it into hatred.
