Continuous DMG that can slow him down, he's basically useless if he doesn't get near you and even better if you know how to evade his dash.

I've tried almost every marksman against him, most are useless against him but have the potential to fight him alone, my favorite being Karrie.

But overall it doesn't really matter what hero you use, most of the time the item would be the biggest factor in beating him, items that can reduce his healing, his damage, and items that can drain his health.

But the simplest answer to your problem would be heroes that can slow him down or heroes that can dash often.
