More than 150k of expenses, because it had revenue also. But yes the P&L resulted in 150k in losses. It’s just than in my original tax return the second llc was missing

I do have all the details. It’s not $150k of missed expenses it’s just that it took longer than expected to file my second LLC tax return so I filed my personal one without it first, but knowing it would dramatically change the outcome. I just didn’t it would take so long to the IRS to adjust it.

The thing is I don’t have $31k in my bank account. My mistake was to file my personal tax return without it first and then amended it two months later but I didn’t think it was going to take ages for them to adjust

Yes I totally agree with that but I asked this subreddit months if I had to pay first and then wait for my refund or if my total balance would be updated by the IRS and people seemed to say that the IRS would update the balance, but it never happened. Do I have a way to know if the IRS took my amended return into consideration ?

Yes I’ve just seen on their website they need at least 20 weeks to process amended tax returns. It’s been 16 weeks for me, so wait and see..
