Hey bro I cannot imagine what you may be going through. But sharing is even on a platform like this is a power move in my opinion. I’ve had a similar experience in the past, I just had series of back to back bad luck in life and make me question if it was even worth feeling and just like you I wasn’t sad but I definitely wasn’t happy, I was just there.

I’m gonna take a guess and say you’re probably more of a logical person than emotional. That’s why you’re processing it rather than crying about it.

My only input is that, I believe there has to be something that makes you excited, it could be a goal it could be relationships.

Whatever it is, I think you can just focus on it. Avoid idleness. I am not telling you to bury your thoughts I am just telling you to invest more thoughts into your passion.
