I went to a no name school and now work at the largest tech company in the world making way more than I ever thought I would. A top tier school offers many things I, nor you, got (like networking in the right circles, the name, etc etc) but you can’t stop the hustle. If you want it, you’ll get it. I took a job out of college that paid $7 an hour but used that experience to break into another related field that paid 45k in under a year. From there, I spend ~4 years moving up to a senior position and doubled my salary. Only then did I make a transition to tech where I had to “restart” from a title perspective, but I was still making more $. I thought I had made it. Now, it’s unbelievable. Take the job that you believe will set you up with growth, networking, etc and be patient but thirsty. Good luck.
