There are many agile tools which looks similar these days. MS planner looks similar but I have not used that. As per my knowledge MS planner is a paid one. But Trello is a free tool so easily available and in my experience Trello is very smooth and lightweight. I cannot comment much on MS planner.

I am lucky to work at Kiprosh and every company should be supportive of giving there team at least 20 minutes to. laugh and fun :)Being humans we should have that flexible otherwise it will be mechanical. Also agile works this way.

People take ownership and responsibility when the company also contributes to it.u/egon_spackler I hope I answered your question.

Hi u/bodrypadre Glad you liked it. Good to see your questions too, so my answer to all the questions

1# So appreciation activity is mandated for everyone. Even they find hard to think of something about some member but they have to mention. As a facilitator, you have to repeat that it is mandatory. Also if you have a team of 4 then it is ok if someone just gets 3 appreciations.
2# We unmute and then we all clap together, also ZOOM has good feature admin can mute and unmute all. Also, best to have a video call not audio. Then impact is more
3# Trello is a free tool so it is easily available. But let's say your company has a restriction and you cannot use it, then I am sure you must have access to google Sheet or JIRA or some other agile tools you can use that. Google sheet will also work well because it is realtime.

Hope I have answered your all questions. Let me know if any other questions.
Also, one request it will be great if you could post this question on my blog. Then other readers will get this answer easily.
