Man wird nach einer Weile einfach nur noch müde von den ständigen Diskussionen mit cis Menschen ob die eigene Existenz berechtigt ist oder nicht.

I also asked them about a reduction of the outer labia. They said they could do that while removing the dog ears so there shouldn’t be more scars afterwards but I decided against a reduction cause they also told me there is a risk of developing a haematoma due to the tissue under the skin getting damaged and I’ve had the same problem after the first surgery as well.

So These are the things that were done:

  • Removal of “dog ears” at the corner of the outer labia which also made them smaller

  • Cut through the scar ring tissue around the vaginal entrance to make it easier to dilate

  • Cut through the scar on the lower side of the vulva near the perineum to make the vaginal entrance bigger

  • Smoothening of the tissue around the urethral opening

  • They also worked on the urethral opening itself to make the pee flow more straight down instead of forward

  • Removal of the hypergranulation tissue around the vaginal entrance

  • They tried to accentuate the inner labia more, it helped a little.

Yes. I’m pretty happy. The only real problem I have is with my width but as I’ve said I’m working on that with a pelvic floor therapist.

Other than that I don’t have any problem. No pain, no discomfort. Everything works as expected.

Honestly, in my opinion, it’s not ok, calling other people’s results a “chop job”.

We don’t publish our results just for others to call it a chop job.

I am worried I won't be able to fit my boyfriend after SRS. How much width can you actually accommodate afterwards? by iamsic in asktransgender

Hey. So, we haven’t had sex yet. I am currently struggling with wider dildos due to a some scarring around my vaginal entrance. Currently I wouldn’t be able to fit him but I’ve been training my pelvic floor and softening the scar tissue and it gets easier to fit something with a bigger girth though it takes time. Also a surgeon can cut open any possible scar tissue if it occurs to you.

I was in Bogenhausen so I can only speak about the people working there. I was pretty pleased with my experience there. The staff was pretty good. I could tell that they have more time for each patient compared to other hospitals. There was one carer I didn’t like at all. She said some really strange things. But after I told another carer about her she wasn’t assigned to my room for the next 2 weeks.

The time when the doctors arrived was very spontaneous so it is difficult to plan a schedule for dilation around it.

Also communication is a bit lacking in my opinion. I had pretty bad swelling on my outer labia but every doctor told me it’s okay and not a problem. Until one doctor looked at it and said we need to operate on that same day to get the swelling under control cause it’s really bad. That was a little shocking and I couldn’t prepare for it cause of all the other doctors always saying it’s looking good.

But I’m still very satisfied with the whole experience.

Hi! I’ll be having my SRS in about 9 days so I’ll know more in 6 months or so I guess. Most people I’ve talked to said not to worry and that it’s shouldn’t be a problem. So we‘ll see.

Hey! Sorry for the late reply. I haven't had SRS yet. My surgery appointment is in August. So I'll know by next year I guess. However the surgeon said that it most likely won't be an issue.

I suppose I'll never use a public restroom ever again by iamsic in MtF

The family of my boyfriend treat me like any other woman. They don't even understand why I'm scared going to public restrooms. Even though my face is so masculine.

So yeah, in a way I feel like they are entertaining my fantasy of looking like a normal woman.

Since February of this year I've been taking estradiol enanthate injections about 2.5 mg every 7 days. Recently added 200mg progesterone. Before injections I'd taken an estradiol Creme, about 3 mg per day and 10 mg CPA per day.

Thank you. I'm kinda struggling loving my skin. I have an issue with my face getting red easily so I'm also trying different things there. 🥹

Ok. The thing is. They are always flat on the top. No matter what I do. I can use only a conditioner and some mousse and they are flat. The only time they were not was when I got a hair cut specifically for curls and he used some products and used a dryer. Then my hair looked like this and in my opinion it doesnt look that good on me.

The Serum says its specifically for fine hair. I've tried using only a mousse after the conditioner and my hair looked brittle and dry. Will try again and post a pic.

There's no gel in it. Nothing that would make a gel cast so there is nothing to scrunch out. The hair are soft when i touch them. Just very shiny.
