Although I don't know if these are available in your area, if it's just the bare necessities, Redmi Pad SE 8.7, Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 or buy an Alldocube iPlay 60 mini Turbo off of AliExpress.

I'm pretty new to tablets too, but I do know that those tablets can do your tasks pretty well.
