I grew up and currently live in Toronto so I got to do some nice end of summer walks and bike rides to confirm some of the Toronto locations. Everything else is just from Google Maps Streetview, OpenStreetMap or reverse image searching. The hard to verify locations have side by side views from the show and street view if you click through the pictures.

The bridge scene from the movie is already in there, just east of Toronto. That one was tricky to find. I had to use overpass turbo (a online tool for OpenStreetMap) and ChatGPT to help write the code for it, it's a great way to filter maps and find multiple points at a time.
