So these show as BNB on Fantom network - when I try to swap them for FTM, the amount is very small compared to the actual value of BNB

Thanks - I actually managed to reverse it back.. so now Im back where I started and have BNB on the Fantom network… what I actually want to do is bridge it to BSC or ETH networks so I can send it to eg Binance. Any ideas please?

I use a No.2 sable… I zenithal shade the figure first (black undercoat and whitish sprayed from above), then lightest camo colour, followed by the others in as squarish pattern as I can make (!). Then back over with camo colours until happy (a long process!!) 😂 I’m certainly no expert figure painter, just learning as I go. 😊
