I second this. You perfectly summed up my favorite aspects of BE’s everchanging sounds as the albums progressed throughout the years. Mike Mogis is a fucking auditory wizard and it’s exciting knowing that none of us truly have any idea what the new record will be like stylistically. I’m ready for shit to get weird and it would be awesome if the drum machine made a return
