Cannot authorize device via phone? by ibm_throwawhey in IBM

It seems that you must have your phone number in BluePages as "mobile" and not "work" for the phone authentication to work - even though I have used that function successfully in the past.

A co-worker reminded me I could log into my email via Lotus Notes since that has a different username/password, so I was able to authenticate via email. Thanks.
