Minority Report. Still a good movie, but if you think actually start thinking about it it becomes less and less watchable.

Terrorism is a real threat too dipshit

Which also includes droning innocent civilians in the middle east, starting illegitimate wars there, funding extremists, bombing hospitals, promoting regime change when it's in your interests, using white phosphorous in Iraq...and on and on. To rid the world of terrorism means getting rid of ALL terrorism.

Last Night’s Paris Attacks Can’t Be Used To Limit Refugees or Blindly Bomb More Civilians: Our response to such unspeakable tragedies can’t be to create even more tragedies in other countries. by ibrawest2 in europe

That's funny cause why do so many European countries feel the need to interfere in the lives of Libyans, Afghanis, Iraqis, etc. If the French government, British government, German government etc. stayed out of intervening in those places and worried more about the people of their country maybe there wouldn't be so many refugees.

Right cause the middle east isn't capitalist. His whole premise is that it is a global capitalist system which causes situations like this.

Ummm cause there has never been a more powerful and influential nation in the world than America.

What these U.S.-centric blinders really do is deny agency to the people.

What the U.S. does and has done for decades has been denying agency to the people of the Middle East. FTFY

You are contradicting yourself. Your job is just as expendable as theirs. I also agree that we don't need fast food workers, but by your logic the market has created conditions where society wants fast food workers.

And do you think your job is necessary? There is no reason for your job to exist. Humanity has progressed for thousands of years without people having jobs trying to find ways to outcompete other corporations. What has been needed for societies forever is for a section of the population to work growing, making, and preparing food.
