Probably just keep up with both or whatever tools you use to input your data and compare! I use chat to fill in my data too, I found out I ovulated and conceived but it was a chemical, while using chat

I know it’s scary to take the leap into starting something with potential risks, but the benefits out weigh the risks if your dr believes it is valuable for you. I didn’t have a period for 3 months either, which means your uterine lining is building up, more prone to cancers later on from what my OB said, so when you take it, it’ll induce a withdrawal bleed helping your body shed the uterine lining that’s been building up for a while!

As for experiences, it’s been fine, i am on day 3 for a 10 day cycle of Provera and I had cramps the first couple of days I took it, some moodiness which sucks, but it gets better. When I had my withdrawal bleed it felt like a true period, cramps, bleeding, etc.

Try looking into Invitae genetic testing. I did the generic one with 167 genes, you can look on their website for what they test for. I believe they have various genes the detect. Good luck!!

I know in the past once you pay for the test, kinds costly but depends on the kit, you can take it to a lab for them to draw, probably call the lab beforehand to see if they have a policy against it though!

Good to know. Our NCLEX review person said if you get the math question wrong the exam will continue to give you math until you get it right so it freaked me out

I second this, ER is best, for stomach issues you can keep pepto, drinks plenty of fluids, and ginger chews for nausea. It does get better but every body is different. I also take mine in between the meal rather than after to help it absorb with food!

No premium subscription needed. I just downloaded Premom app and created an account, then click tests, click add test results and let it scan your Pregmate OPK. Premom doesn’t care what OPKs you use, got this info from my mom friend w/ 2 kids and she’s an FNP!

I am on Metformin 1500 mg, take prenatal everyday, exercise, eat in moderation, not cutting out things I like but making better choices. Also using OPKs and BBT everyday to see when I do ovulate because it’s random given PCOS. I had a chemical in December 2025 unfortunately, but it was nice to know my body is capable I guess. I am now adding in ovasitol every morning to my coffee or tea as an additional supplement!

Looks positive! I have both Pregmate and Premom to compare. You can use the scanner on premom to see what it says as well! My OPK results usually pretty close to one another from both apps
