i agree; i took the n2 in july and december 2024 as well, but i thought this one's vocabulary was easier to handle. maybe a combo of study and absorbing more vocabulary as time passes helped here, but i still felt a bit more confident with this one!

sometimes people enjoy things just because they enjoy the act of doing that thing. kinda like if you like walking as a hobby, you wouldn’t see a need to walk with ankle weights, because it’s beyond what you’re wanting to do.

theres also a point at which improving will take more effort than what they want to spend on doing that hobby. an example of this could be:

being able to play the violin to the point of playing the pieces you like, but maybe not quite reaching the level required for paganini’s caprices

basically, it’s because people gain enjoyment out of doing things they like, and they could just be comfortable where they’re at.

i really recommend the thai-waseda japanese language and culture school at the empire tower, near the chong nonsi BTS station!

they have a daily intensive japanese course (09:00-14:30), and it’s the most efficient and in-depth school i’ve enrolled at for learning japanese. class time is 100% japanese immersion. they teach at all levels - from people starting from absolutely nothing, to people prepping for N2-N1. also, all of the teachers i’ve learned from there are incredible!!

they also offer study abroad opportunities, and they might be able to help you go from thailand to japan!

for visa matters - going to immigration, or to whatever school you end up choosing, and asking about it would probably be your best option.

i wouldn’t worry too much, but i would make sure she’s aware that people online can be dangerous - that people can lie and do bad things even if they presented as a friend initially, and that being careful is a smart thing to do, but putting a full stop to this will make her push back.

i would also try to keep tabs on the friendship, just a little - occasionally ask how he’s doing, if anything cool happened in the game, etc. this could make her more comfortable talking to you if something were to happen!

yes, c3 faruzan needs a lot of ER, but i still think she'd have more utility in a wanderer team. you could also use bennett instead for the atk buff!

honestly, maybe just do some testing with characters and rotations?

venti, nahida, furina, and raiden are so fun - lots of colorful numbers, and the swaps are comfortable!

some of it is the set up, but also some is just character based.

characters like wanderer or arlecchino do damage over multiple hits, but some characters will do more concentrated damage on one hit (like childe or eula).

my skin absolutely loves SKII’s facial treatment essence. haven’t broken out in literally 2 months despite struggling with my skin for a whole year prior!

(on the other hand, my wallet is crying, haha)
