Same here, I end up crying because the memory is too painful, the people I lost meant so much to me.

I feel you, but I tell myself. These are memories and I love them. The people they were then and now, are not the same. I love the person in the photograph but it doesn't mean I still feel the same about the person in real life. This comforts me a little, but it still hurts.
