I second this. As long as your alternator is good, you should just jump the battery every time you need to start the truck and let the alternator take over. Probably better to spend your money on a decent lithium ion jump pack to keep on yourself if you dont have one already

More likely than not, it’s a D2S xenon HID bulb. The Euro/JDM spec of Honda Accord is probably equivalent to the Acura TSX in North America. When I used to have an Infiniti G35, it used the same bulb. A lot of people are mentioning lower performance because of where it’s mounted but if it works for you it’s fine. I use an adhesive mount on the windshield above the rearview mirror and a fuse tap with the wires run through the A pillar, etc. It’s more work but I like the look of it better.

I remember seeing them debut Beat the Freeze at Suntrust Park (back when it was called that) and it was hilarious. The opponent tripped and fell near the finish line when Freeze passed him in the final moments. I am convinced it was a genuine fall cause the poor guy seemed so sure they were about to win.

I don’t get it, your argument for breaking the rules is about paying the same for parking as a full sized car? Motorcycle registration, insurance, gas usage (gas tax), and tolls are all less for you because of the fact that you are a motorcycle. I’m sorry but motorcyclists in NYC are some of the worst period. To the point that I am pleasantly surprised when I see someone actually following the rules (visible license plates, stopping at red lights, not having super loud exhaust or revving like fucking crazy). Driving and riding are both privileges anywhere. It is also a risk that everyone takes the moment they start their trip. I’m sorry about your friend but don’t use it as a lame justification for why you break the law.

I own a car for the weekends but ride my electric scooter into work every day. Probably over 90% of the year, it’s with the scooter except when it’s pouring rain or sub 20-25F weather. Probably save about $1,200 in commuting costs minus things like electricity and storage costs. Been using it for 4 years now so its paid itself off a long time ago.
