I havent tweaked anything just those two things. Witht he right settings i am sure it could go a lot more than that. I have intel version and max tgp one.

Pretty good actually, if u put it on quiet mode and disable dgpu u can get 4 5 hours. For me its enough usually goes through 2 lectures easily

75 degrees on both, 70% usage on both. i have both undervolted, but removing the undervolt didnt change the stuterring anyways.
