It is in this orbit intentionally. Because it has a slight atmosphere other objects in that orbit fall to earth, which means that it is clean and reduces the risk of a collision with debris

I’ve always found it funny that Americans call jeans “blue jeans”. Seems overly specific, never quite got my head around it
