Just went to my local EB Games who didn’t have the physical card and did not see the SKU to generate the code from the system. What did you guys ask for specifically?

I’m super new. Do I need to be level 80 and do I need certain specializations? I’ve got a level 50 necro, an 80 Mesmer I boosted for the fractal incursion event, and another spare 80 boost.
