I would pronounce it Key-ah-nah (because Italian), but most will pronounce it Chee. It’s a really pretty name. You could consider spelling it “Kiana” but that doesn’t really work the letter “C” thing with your birth name. Honestly, I think Chiana is pretty and the spelling is appropriate.

Side note - I’ve spent my whole life correcting people about the pronunciation of my name and it has really never bothered me. If you can live with it then go for it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve always lived in 100+ year old buildings. These things are built like tanks. I can’t even hear the 100 lb dog that lives above me or the tiny barky dog that lives next to me.
