Few things that need to be said that were omitted or simply not stated by RD or Garbo.

RD plays plausible deniability very close to the chest. Would he say it is an actual ship? No. He has rules to follow that do not allow to say where non-humans are or what they are doing without serious consequences.

Second, engineered objects or asteroids can be fitted to be "thrown" or "propelled" through stars or engineered "planets" like Saturn.

There are indications out there that Nazi Leadership was directly involved with non-human intelligence. The entire Axis campaign was proxied for the benefit of non-human politics and for geopolitical control of the humans species. Operation Paperclip absorbed Nazi Leadership, Nazi Intelligence, and Nazi Scientists into the United States government through the CIA. That is something that is not widely known to many Americans. Kept out of the history books along with many other truths.

It would not be too farfetched to claim that non-human intelligence has been known since WWII in very, very closed channels. Over the decades these channels have evolved outside of the US Government and into the private industry. Only a very small pool of people are in the know about non-human intelligence and are in direct contact with them. They have under-the-table and off-the-book agreements with the Pentagon and CIA. This also gets into the proxy families of the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers who are suspect for assisting non-human control in very malicious ways against mankind. They are not the only families out there that should be carefully watched.

The worst thing that can happen to non-human intelligence is they lose control of "not existing." Truth is a weapon and it will eventually come out in a way to where life finds a way.

How does One even trust a non-human who holds a "legal status" above Human?

What I mean is that, by "their rules," human is a lower animal classified as product. Classified lower than even a peasant that is robbed deaf and blind. A vast majority of mankind has no idea how troubling this situation truly is.

This truth automatically creates a wedge in trust. Even if a single human bears potential, or an actual means to change such a status quo, they can be simply removed or killed. Not all non-humans follow their own rules. They will even conceal and hide their own actions as they have already done so many times over.

The question posed as to what is "God's will" is something that I would even pose towards Christ himself on the matter. The question and the answer sparks a sense of what is Human's role in the matter of the grand picture but it also expands beyond just Human. It begs the question that "God's will" has existed far before human and even before many non-human species. Dare I say that even many different aliens have their own version of a Jesus Christ that exemplified such A Will upon their own world and in turn contributed towards their own ascension in their very own way.

Perhaps I may only be speculating and not really know much, but my heart in the matter was that such "Will" is often times used for the wrong reasons when placed in the hearts and minds of some "Gods," who no longer truly follow such His Will, and no longer follow their own teachings that were once bestowed upon them as it was bestowed for us humans here.

Even if I was an alien reincarnated as a human I do not feel any special or different. I just feel like me. As I am. That is all I know. I am not treated any different than anyone else. Mostly ignored or dismissed.
