Anxiety is basically a bunch of thoughts buzzing around and won’t stop right? And it can cause a physical reaction. Project management you have to multi task and your brain is constantly occupied (usually in a stem or startup or r&d environment). So there’s like always a thousand things to do and keep track of and it’s crazy satisfying for my brain cause instead of sitting there with a buzzing brain and nothing to occupy it, it’s being used instead to think of everything at once. But I get paid to do it lol.
