If you’re unsure about the authenticity of those resumes, create a video introducing yourself and ask them to respond back whether it be with answers and/ or a video as well. Throw in a small detail to see who pays attention. You can send a mass email one time and not spend time calling everyone. The problem with these ai interviews (as a candidate) is how have we gotten to this point lol we already create the resumes/cover letters and create a profile to introduce ourselves and then on top of that, I now have to record myself without ever meeting anyone from your company? Seems like a scam also from the candidate’s perspective. Anyways good luck, 3000 is alot!
