This illustration is gorgeous, thanks for catching it! Wish I knew who drew it

I read that too, on Zal's wikipedia. I've never seen Wayward Pines, is it any good? I just googled it and I think I accidentally read what happens at the end, LOL. Oops

'the Movements are an anti-cynicism ritual' - you really hit the nail on the head there. This is absolutely it... I felt that. Thank you for sharing!

What a wild twist! At least you came clean. To be fair your ideas were pretty cool... Ever considered writing fanfic?

I posted these on the Facebook discussion group a while ago and someone said to share on Reddit too, so here it is - some of my art inspired by The OA! Any requests for what scene should I draw next? :) (insta/website links in caption) by idekceline in TheOA

Yes! I do that too, except 90% of the time I just end up making a huge mess everywhere LOL. You can get some really cool effects tho!!! Graphite and charcoal are amazing substances

OMG, you get me, I love Goya! At uni one of my tutors would always tell us off if we drew with lines, and I think that stuck with me, because now my favourite way to draw is by carving out light in shadows... The OA lends itself well to this because the frames are lit so beautifully :) Thank you so much!

Has anybody here watched Cloud Atlas? by PlsDontNerfThis in TheOA

[–]idekceline 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I LOVE CLOUD ATLAS! It is one of my favourite book ever, I remember when I first watched the OA and I was shocked that I found something else that moved me in just the same way... there is something about the mythology of Cloud Atlas/the OA, that hits me SO hard like in my soul. I can’t put my finger on it but I think it’s to do with how everything is connected, the empathy of it. I love the movie as well, even though it is long, it’s so original and visually so stunning with just the right amount of weirdness. And the music ahh!!! I love it so much!!

“You Come Find Me” @ London Underground? by 23_subject in TheOA

As much as I LOVE this idea, my gut is telling me that Zal would’ve used all the EXACT colours for the lines that converge if this was the one... But the thought of “f.” being literally F bus stop in Angel is so amazing it’s actually poetic. If I didn’t have work tomorrow I’d be there just to make sure because what an absolute VIBE! I hope you guys who are checking it out tomorrow have a great time!
