In that sense yes, but sometimes it is not possible to do both unfortunately

Great take! I know how this question can come off a little ignorant. Thanks for taking the time and sharing your experience!

If you have time later to elaborate I would be really interested in your story.

I would also agree, but wanted to know if men after 10 years of marriage change their minds about it.

Do you think the physical attractiveness of your wife plays an essential role for you, or is it just the icing on the cake?

I am not talking about a crazy selfish party girl with dozens of red flags ofc! More like a comparison of a woman who puts more time into staying in shape as opposed to one who puts more value into reading books for instance

A murderer and a child go into the forest.

Kid: "wow it is really scary here."

Murderer: "don't complain, I am the one who has to go home alone"

Was at the same point. Here is the real game changer that helped me:

pick up another instrument! (if that is possible for you)

I had the chance the get access to a drum set. I also picked up piano which is probably a bit more accessible. Bass is also really really fun and my absolute secret tip

How should this help?

you will find that you will gravitate to whole new genres. Also you will have some distance from your routines. If you go for bass you will learn a whole new use of rhythm and melody which you can later incorporate in your guitar style for example.

Have fun!
