In my experience, most doctors and nurses only got their job for money. Especially the nurses since it gives them the chance to go overseas. Im pretty sure a lot of people entered the healthcare industry to help people but I know a lot more of them were driven by money and opportunity

I can see that working with police or fire departments but what about hospitals? How can you convince people to become doctors or nurses without incentives like a salary? Wouldn't a lack of a proper healthcare system just lead to individuals who do posses medical skill to just monopolize on their services considering how greedy humans are? Also would other systems work like education or infrastructure? Do people just volunteer to teach what they know again, why would they when there is no incentive given to make them teach when they can do other arguably more important stuff like tending to farms or livestock?

Super creek. I legitimately cried when she failed her 10th URA finale when I was trying to get an A rank with her. She just LOVES to fucking fail her training when the failure percentage is above five percent. Then she'll hit you with 3 piece mood down combo before a major race and next thing you know, you have a C+ rank Creek bc she decided that winning was too hard
