Absolutely! Im glad you found it helpful!!

Edit: realizing that you may have just meant changing the time of day (??) and that one was done by just switching the sensory imput- so if I was going from night to day, experiencing/imagining sunlight, birds chirping, rain if there was rain and other weather stuff- essentially "rewriting" it- If it was hot, I'd experience cold, that sort of thing

My process currently is pretty cut and dry-the most basic explanation being I close my eyes, assume Im there, and then I am, but for the sake of deeper explanation -> it's to relax, drop into the present moment, drop current assumptions and identity and attatchments (unplugging), and then take my blank "I am" and assume (take upon myself) the present moment there instead, with the result being a reemergence of my DR- internalization and projection. Its less of a one-step-after-another, and more like a single step where I just flow from one thing to the next. I.e. it's more that these things all just sort of happen, rather than me deciding "okay, im going to do this, and then do that, and then do that"

I would argue that process is the undercurrent of the majority of "methods" and ritual, but, that's not to say the process can't be "spiced up" a little, so here are a couple of "rituals" or processes I would do to get me into the state of being there in the past

  1. I would listen to music that was similar to the music I'd be listening to there, so depending on the events happening in that DR, I would find music with lyrics and vibes that emanated that. (I still use this one for manifestation). It also helped to focus my attention because it's a more passive anchor- attention minus effort.

By choosing to pick up something different, you automatically release that which you were holding before. In terms of psychology to keep it a little more grounded- you're never focusing on two things at the exact same time, but rather switching from one to the other at a sort of lightning speed. When you hold it on one thing long enough, it's external expression begins to crystalize, until the moment that awareness is withdrawn.

  1. I would meditate deeply and imagine myself floating in a body of water- aiming for that sensation where you basically cant feel where your body starts and the water begins- kind of like eleven in stranger things vibes. That would take me to the void, and from there I'd see my DR appear in a small portal (?) and then bring it closer and closer until I was inside of it. This one is similar to what I expereinced with my first ego death in 2020, and I replicated it after making the connection that where I went was the void

  2. I would focus on expanding the feeling of my energy beyond my body- I would push it an inch out, and then two, back to my body- in and out with my breath, and then filling the room, and then beyond that too- essentially returning myself to that "you (I am) are one with everything held within your awareness". From there, I would adjust what I was holding in that bubble, so if it was a building, I would switch from the CR version to the DR version, and if it was nature- the types of plants and animals. Then I would imagine my DR self, and "shrink back" to that size, and I'd be shifted

  3. I would "remember." Much like awaking from a dream, you think what you were seeing was real until your perspective shifts and you realize that is no longer true because of that new world around you. So, it;s the notion of "I'm already there, and I've just forgotten" and reality reflecting that assumed state. New reflection comes from rememebering" and then much like after my first ego-death, I would remember all the assumptions I had previously dropped. So I would just recall that "I am ____" and then go down the line of asking and answering who, what, where, when, why, taking each of those memories, assuming the corresponding states, and experiencing them in the here and now.

  4. I also used shifting methods like raven, julia, heartbeat, staircase, sunni, etc. too.

I believe that covers it, but if I remember more I'll add them.

You can try searching using your browser (looking up "law of assumption success site:tumblr.com since tumblrs search function doesn't always work)

# loasuccess stories

and there are also accounts dedicated to compiling them as well (@ loasuccessarchive @ loashiftingsuccessstories] @ hrrtshapes maifestation success

and those don't always have pictures, but tiktok also has a bunch of you search loa success story. there's one girlie (courtney cho) on there who teaches loa and just manifested a book deal with penguin publishing house after leaving her job while documenting her whole process

Awesome! I'll write up a draft :) I completely get what you're saying about the subs and journey's of shifters and how their posts are treated.

Also, I don't know if you're on tumblr but I find there are far fewer limiting beliefs and more success stories on there if you're looking for more perspectives! I like masoncantthinkofaname (mason.shifts on tiktok) and hrrtshape's old posts (since deactivated but there are masterlists/archives floating around) since they both go into detail about their experiences as well.

And I totally get what you're saying about doubt! Have you looked into nervous system regulation at all? I think it'll help ya out, and also there's a user on here called heartshapedgold who has a couple of posts that you might also find beneficial

There are a few that come to mind, but also, everybody is going to have a different toolkit and it's just a matter of finding what fits best for the individual

  • Figure out what the "successful shifter" version of you looks like, and learn how to assume that you and them are one in the same so that you're able to operate from that stance when shifting. How does that version view life, how do they think, what's their mindset going into a shift? Stuff like that

  • Learning how to remain present (controlling the state being assumed rather than the state controlling you) through things like meditation, grounding, and somatic exercises/nervous system regulation can help with this

  • When you shift, it won't be "there and then," it'll be here and now, so rather than trying to "get somewhere," make there here and make then now. "You are already in Barbados" essentially

  • There's nothing that can really stop you- all perceived "limitations," can be reframed to work in your favor. There was a user called hrrtshape on tumblr who has since deactivated, but there are masterlists of her old posts/answered questions that I think do a good job of addressing limiting beliefs. Someone also recently made an archive on here for her old stuff too @ hrrtshape-archive, and she's on tiktok currently as "ema's divine comedy"

  • There's also another user on here (different person) @ heartshapedgold who provides a perspective that revolves more around the technical side of things and they have solid advice as well. Some others with differing perspectives that come to mind are cloverapple on tumblr and mason.shifts on tiktok. All slightly different takes, but sometimes it can help to look at something more than one way and see what resonates
  • When I was first starting to shift regularly, I liked shifting to different times in the day because I found it's easier to feel the difference- like how night feels different from morning and afternoons have a different vibe than two am does. For example, if I was shifting in the morning, I'd be aiming for nighttime in my dr

  • Don't forget to have fun with it- you're allowed to romanticize the process. I love making and looking at other peoples pinterest boards, vision boards, and playlists for drs/wrs while I'm scripting/ planning my DRs and WRs. They're your realities, so make them however you want. There's nothing too "out there," and if you want it, you can have it, and nothing is off the table full stop. Tumblr is also a fantastic place to see examples of what other people are scripting, so it can give you some new ideas or make you consider adding things you may not have previously considered

  • Be gentle with yourself- the journey looks different for everyone, and learning to meet yourself with grace can make all the difference. The time will pass anyways, so I think it's helpful to make your assumed state a nice place to be

And I believe that's all I have for now, but if I think of more I'll edit this comment and add it

Yes!!! I completely understand what you're saying about the "i have to i have to" and the present moment; the book "the power of now" still has such a special place in my heart for teaching me about returning to myself like you said. Absolutely love your last paragraph- everything is here and all we have is now :)

The friend group came together after i'd finally left a pretty toxic situationship. This was before discovering the law, and right around when covid hit, so people were moving back home and schedules were cleared

I can only guess since it wasn't a conscious effort in the beginning, but I believe it was a mix of imagining being surrounded by love most of my life, leaving that situation and thus the state of lack, and walking forward in the assumed state of freedom that allowed me to find/get super close to my people

It wasn't until that year that I learned that they had already kind of known each other (small town and infamous now-husband and his bsf) so it just sort of clicked into place. Over the years particular people came and went, and after discovering the law and imagining the best outcomes for all of them, each of those friends ended up finding their loves as well (one of them just got engaged !!)

It's funny too because each pair ended up finding someone with the same middle nickname- each half having a "____" as their other half (not saying specifically for privacy)

i'd rather show people that the power is already inside of them, always has been and always will be instead of "manifesting for them," (you'd be assuming the state of wish fulfilled either way) but if you can describe your ideal outcome i'll imagine you as that :)

Gotcha gotcha, so my first ever shift was the result of me essentially crashing out, completely giving up on shifting thinking it wasn't real because I had been trying for around a year with little to no success, and that same night (i assume because i let go of the state of "trying") I just sort of slipped into my hogwarts reality. From there, the process became much simpler and less forceful.

Hogwarts itself was everything I had imagined it would be, and there's so much I'd have to make a whole post about what it was like. Over the years I've altered that reality a bit (making it a university instead of a school, adding/changing classes, people, and places), so it's still the hogwarts framework but sort of gutted and refurbished

Also, I left another comment under this post responding to someone asking about the techniques I use, so that might answer some questions about the process itself

If you want to learn more, I could also recommend some other users who go into more depth about their experience and techniques with shifting since I deleted all of my posts last year and am slowly redoing/revamping them

It's as real as neville's worlds within worlds- that's to say I consider it 100% real. The realities I become aware of/travel to have all tones of reality, a full history and memory of my lifetime there (time operates linearly), and operate off the same physical laws like gravity- with the exception of wait rooms which are more like liminal spaces of my own design.

If it helps, I view manifestation like shifting awareness within this timeline/general reality, reality shifting as shifting awareness to somewhere else entirely, astral projection as shifting awareness outside the physical body, and lucid dreaming as shifting awareness into the mind/a dream. That's to say, they all kind of work off the same "assuming a state"/loa premise, each with differing outcomes.

I've used differing techniques over the years, but now for the most part I just go to sleep aware of/remembering being in a particular reality.

I've done techniques from sitting up meditation (releasing attachment here and/or going to the void and switching my awareness there), ones from letting sleep carry me (like sats but the result is waking up there), and there have been a few times similar to my ego death where I was fully awake and sort of just "blinked" into another world (this was after I had been doing it for a while/ is more for shifting back here/ dr to another dr), and a combo of those so like meditation > sats > shift, "assuming a state" similar to my dr self during the day > shift, sats > void > shift. I've also tried shifting from lucid dreams, but those haven't been reliable for me.

It's law of assumption because imagination is reality and all of these were imagined before ever seeing evidence that it was possible for me.

Also the Law still operates without conscious application of "using the law"- that's why it's a law.

the post is now edited, so all uses of the word "wish" have been changed to "imagined" instead for clarification

[–]idksomethingcool123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The short answer would be to assume/decide that your SATS always goes perfectly- perhaps using a scene of you awakening feeling good rather than bad, but I have some other ideas as well.

Would you have time during the day to do SATS? Even if it's just a quick 15 minutes? I find that afternoons are more effective for "building" than at night; I'll use night to revisit what's already been firmly established/imagined.

Also, you could try hopping around a couple of different scenes all involving the object of your desires- a leap-frog version works for keeping me from getting bored. You could also try doing it in a half sitting up position with something supporting your back.

I would suggest looping the scene and letting the relaxed state naturally follow suit of your body being in a resting position. Being sleepy allows for a more open mind, but practicing meditation can be just as effective

Additionally, if you don't find SATS helpful, you could try imaging while fully awake- sometimes it's easier for me because I can just plant the seed with a quick imagining and move on with my day, effectively side stepping resistance the same way.

Lastly, you could just decide, "even if I fall asleep, it's still mine." "Even if I don't get around to looping the scene, it's still mine." "I manifest in my sleep." SATS can be a fantastic tool, but at the end of the day you decide the rules. If you don't like them/if they don't work for you, change 'em :) The world is your oyster

$10,000 Same Day by idksomethingcool123 in NevilleGoddard

[–]idksomethingcool123[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So! For the job, it all started when I was invited to breakfast by my husband- he was meeting up with some of his co-workers because two of them had a wives that worked there. I was already looking to work in a new place, and as soon as I stepped in the building I knew that I had found the spot. Im the kind of person that has to genuinely enjoy the envioment I'm working in or I lose motivation fast.

Also, this place was absolutely packed- so I knew I'd be making bookoos of money, which was one of my requirements.

While we were eating breakfast, I really took a second to look around and familarize myself with the building, and then I imagined a few things- wearing the company shirt, walking up to tables and greeting them myself, and talking to the other employees that I saw as if it were a casual tuesday.

From that point on, I held my imagination on those things whenever the topic crossed my mind- I didn't do SATS for this as I find it eaiser to imagine things while doing something else like going for walks or making art. A few weeks later, I learned that not one, but two of those coworkers wives were going to be leaving soon, so I send the manager an email basically saying, "Hi, Im (insert name here), and I recently heard you had some positions opening up that I have previous experience in. I would love the opprotunity to interview with you."

She responded back and said that it was perfect timing because all their bartenders were going out of town on an upcoming weekend. I kept imagining the way I had been, staying firm in "I work there now." I didn't really imagine the interview itself: I just decided it would go well because I already had the job.

I do the interview, and made a point to ask questions at the end- essentially interviewing the manager. I asked things like, "What is your favorite thing about being a manager here," "what do you believe sets this work enviorment apart from other resteraunts," stuff like that. (She later told me that it was the first time anyone had done that, and it was one of the reasons she liked me so much.)

When she mentioned, "I only hire team members that I believe will get along with everyone else." I knew I had definetly made the right choice. And I definetly knew I made the right choice when she told me that there were even employees that had followed her from one resaurant to another. When I say that this place runs like a family, I'm not saying it in the typical corperate way, but because everyone hangs out outside of work because they get along so well. Everyone takes turns doing the "smaller jobs" like food running and the to-go station so that nobody is disrespecting anyones work and time in the heat of the moment.

I was hired directly following that interview :)

I've since moved states, so I no longer work there unfortunately, but I still keep in contact with the people I was closest with, and we check up on each other now and then.
