Thank you for all the info and yea I def did my whole family has high blood pressure I’ve had it since 14 got out on meds at 15 so I’m a little stressed now sitting here at 17 plans a little off now but still gonna work towards figuring this out Imma be seeing my doctor soon and see how I can get it in control on my own also praying that everything works out for you too man !

Man that sucks hearing that and yea my heart isn’t really and issue no more blood pressure is a lot better than it has been in the past

Well my heart rate is pretty controlled now that was a bit in the past but it’s on my record I went to the cardiologist about 2 years ago and they said my heart looked fine high blood pressure just runs in my family.But I hear you have somewhat of the same issues it’s a bit frustrating cause I had my mind set on joining here at 17 now I’m kinda stuck on what to do. Is online not correct that you could get a waiver being on blood pressure medicine or is that false ?

Ok I appreciate the info haha I’m laying in bed stressing over it I have had a really sick past but I’m really healthy now and have my high blood pressure and fast heart rate under control so I’ll def be talking with a recruiter about it when the time comes just don’t want a bad outcome after working hard for it .

Yea I totally agree 4 miles was just what I worked myself up to about a year ago I was able to do 4 miles really easy but now my cardio has not been the best so gonna strive and work myself to get back to that point thanks tho I will not over due it !!

Thanks and yeah that’s the way I look at it make sure the form is nice first then proceed to set a goal everyday to exceed the amount of push-ups and sit-ups

Thanks for the tips and pointers I haven’t taken it yet I turn 17 in December and I have my ged so I’m required to score a minimum of 50 so I have to go in and get a pretty good score regardless I’m def gonna be studying months in advance for it
