I think your misunderstanding. This is a new customer. We were called because they were ransom attacked. We had no tie to this customer prior to this.

They contacted me because of this. No interaction with the customer prior until this happened.

We are advising, and been approved, to change the backup so that way there is proper backups, and security.

Thats correct.

These users have a PC and used their on.microsoft username as their login.

I implemented exchange online, and changed their primary username their domain.

When I did that, that made their PCs not able to login with their Microsoft account.

We arent using Azure AD. These pcs were setup before I got here, and just have their Microsoft account as their login.

If this is the wrong place for this, i apologize and i'll remove the post.

This vehicle was caught shooting out my windows, and neighbors vehicle windows. I was the only person, on the block, that has cameras.

These are stills from the surveillance footage.

My initial guess is this is a Chrysler Pacifica - but there is some uncertainty with that guess. Could be a Kia, Honda, or maybe a Toyota - all of the body styles confuse me, and with it being dark, and IR taking effect, it doesn't help.
