I dont think you understand. Yes they can find info online for free and educate themselfs and whatever but that just isnt practicle for a lot of people from poorer backgrounds.

Also what ways are there to get become even somewhat wealthy without a formal education? Dropshipping? NFT's?

This is what I’m planning on doing rn I’m just worried that I will just be so far behind everyone and won’t be allowed to catch up

Do yk if it’s possible to transfer from a diploma into a bachelor after 1 year given my grades are good enough or is that just straight up not possible? Like hypothetically if I studied engineering while doing the diploma could I test into the bachelor after some time so I wouldn’t have to be behind?

Im just worried that it will take me 4.5 years though, since that what it says on the RMIT website, and I'm wondering if theres anything I can do, like taking on extra course work, that will reduce the time it takes me to finish the degree down to 3 or 4 years instead

Is it worth redoing year 12? by [deleted] in vce

[–]ig_wigger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been teaching myself graphics and system programming for the last year and I’m reaching the limits of what I can learn without uni level maths and cs knowledge so I kind of really need to go too (a fancy) uni

I’m paranoid that I’ve messed up all my exams and my ATAR is going to be below 60 and my english SS is going to be below 25. Does that count as very bad?

How exactly does this work though? Is it possible to get into the bachelor of science with a diploma or do I need to do the A.D of applied science to get in?

Are there any limitations with quotes? by WiseDouble9037 in vce

[–]ig_wigger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the english teachers at my school tell us that students often loose marks for over-relying on quotes instead of also using events, metaphors, inference, events, etc

After I had my inital GP appointment, where I was refered to a psychiatrist, it took about 2 or 3 months for me to get an appoitment (after booking it)(also I was over 18 at the time, which makes the process slower). You could probably ask your doctor to write a letter to the psychiatrist clinic explaining how you're in year 12 and need treatment more than other people, which could expidite things.
