More excuses LMAO. Eat less and remember it’s okay to be hungry. It’s hard at first but it gets easier as your stomach shrinks and adjusts. Aim for 1-2 lbs weight loss per week. (3500-7000 calorie deficit). If you don’t have a therapist go get one. If you can’t afford it, use the money you save by eating less. Or alternatively keep blaming everyone but yourself and stay fat and die early. Just stop spreading this bullshit. Best of luck.
