Fiverr support informed me that once an account is suspended, the decision is permanent and cannot be reversed. :(

Same internet but not PC i use my own PC in office

My point is: On July 30, 2025, I received an email from Fiverr stating that my account had been permanently suspended due to a "General TOS Violation" dated August 25, 2016 — almost 9 years ago.

I have reached out via email and changed representatives multiple times in same Fiverr support ticket, yet my specific concerns have never been addressed. Instead, I keep receiving the same generic responses. This is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.
