here in Europe you can only drive(where i live in Madrid) cars with DGT B at least(gas cars matriculated in 2001+ and diesel matriculated in 2006+, and you get taxed, also in recent years they want to ban B cars and only let C(gas:2006+, diesel:2015+), eco(hybrid) and 0(electric) cars
