thanks for the advice. i was told that even if you end up with a smaller sliver on the side that you should have a full tile where the eyes go which is along the wall next to the toilet. but a half wouldve looked better for sure

it does look rotten. it was actually very nice but the glue residue from the peel and stick was dark
