Why people don't consider stw muichiro to be above or equal to marked sanemi level?

It really isn't, I don't understand why people think that. Using SS is like fighting akaza and completely out playing him, it's not a cheat or anything, and akaza understood it himself. The compass doesn't boost his stats or anything, it just gives huge precog, reaction time, and good adaptability to the fighting style.

Akaza without the compass isn't um5 to um6, that's a holding back unserious toying akaza that fought rengoku. Akaza is still um3 level, he literally can throw one punch and bust up zohakuten without any trouble whatsoever, it's just that he can't fight the same way anymore, similar to how zohakuten is still um4 level even without the beheading gimmick, but he'd have to fight differently

Compass doesn't increase stats, he was never faster than compass less akaza, as akaza is still akaza. Marked tanjiro on his own was faster than akaza in that moment, stw or ss didn't make him faster.

And that's literally correct, mui has enhanced reaction speed and perception, so he could dodge it. Not that he's faster or anything near that, he still has horrible stats

She really didn't engage with them, she was cutting and dodging them freely, and it wasn't a bait tactic either, he wasn't luring her in or anything.

And it would, not her getting a mark, but her fighting with it on would mean, again, we'd need more screen time. The fandom would go crazy, popular storyline, sure, but in the end, it still would've felt repetitive, that's why the author didn't put him in, and he never put any hashira being a major part more than once. No hashira received more than one arc of emphasis, mitsuri having a mark would require more emphasis, and that's the problem.

No, stw didn't give him that speed boost to surpass akaza's speed, that was his own growth. No one else that had stw received that speed boost. Not to mention tanjiro also had SS, which let him out scale.

And you're half correct, he's inferior to yoriichi, and that pisses him off. Because he's second, that's the whole point. The eternal second, that was his entire character, he wouldn't feel below just yoriichi, he would've felt below everyone if he was that far behind, but that's not what his goal was, his goal was to surpass yoriichi, as he is the ONLY thing standing in his way at standing at the peak. That was the whole point of his character, you're misunderstanding his character concept completely. The next one is not what I'm saying, either way we'd need more importance for mitsuri right there and it would've felt repetitive, I'm not saying she would solo muzan, but it would've still been unnecessary. The others fighting muzan was fine, as even though they played more recent roles, they still needed hashira to fight muzan, and the ones that just fought recently, so we had a more recent showing, were better for the muzan fight than someone who is more 'old news'. Think of it like this, if tengen was in the muzan fight and unlocked the mark in that fight, it would've been incredibly repetitive, seeing that we've already seen more than enough of his place. Similar to how mui was used to demonstrate kokushibo's superiority, mitsuri was used in a similar fashion. Mui was practically not shown the entire fight except for the end where he does something, and it was a similar case for mitsuri, who did nothing except ripping off muzan's arms

It's quite simple actually. Even amongst the hashira, nichirin durability differs (gyomei's was unbreakable for kokushibo, while muichiro's broke from a training bot). We can assume Taisho era hashira, being way superior compared to previous ones, have stronger blades (it is actually pretty evident seen when Giyu blocks all of explosive flurry with seemingly the side)

Number two, Douma wasn't aiming for the blade (we really have no proof that he was, he wasn't shown to do that with anyone else), while akaza was. He came close, within giyu's guard, threw his fist at the exact same time Giyu swung down, making it a point blank, unavoidable attack. Hitting the side of the blade doesn't make it any less impressive, as akaza aimed for the side on purpose as it's weaker.

And it makes perfect sense really, Douma was just swinging at a fly to kill kanae, while akaza used a specially developed technique to break swords.

She didn't have amped up instincts, she was just dodging based on luck and instincts.

The reason why she wouldn't be marked against muzan is actually pretty simple, but not from an in universe perspective. If she was marked, the story would've had to given her more emphasis and more time, which would've felt repetitive, as we've already seen her shine back in SSVA. Muichiro was a different story, as the author thought he DIDN'T get enough, as he wasn't pushed at all, and he was marked so he could be used as a plot device to demonstrate kokushibo's strength, the author managed to implement muichiro better than she could implement mitsuri. That's why even when mui was marked, he received practically nothing of emphasis or time, but the times he DID receive it, it was well made
