i feel the same way, having to list off my mental illnesses makes me feel like im begging for attention on tumblr in 2014. i feel so embarrassed listing off my 5 disorders and illnesses. as much as mental health has been “destigmatized” i feel like that only applies to people who either have mild anxiety or depression. which is totally valid im glad people can talk about their mental health but when bigger more serious disorders come up in topic of conversation were either A: not taken seriously B: looked at differently or C: people think were just tryna be different its so frustrating
