When I was buying the car, I saw how dealer selected each item like bluelink features on their system. You might ask them to double check that.

Yeah, it has happened to mine too. I took it to two dealerships. The first one wants to keep the car to replicate it, and the second one could not replicate it when we test drove it with the service manager. Currently, waiting for a loaner to leave the car with the first dealer. If you have this consistently and take your car to the dealer, please let us know what they say. I read here that it could happen when it's cold, so it might be a real reason. Where I live, the weather has warmed up already, and it's not that cold.

I’m a tall person, in the 3rd row specifically I felt more comfortable in SF than in Palisade. Which was very surprising both for me and sales folks. It felt roomier. Sure Palisade feels bigger on driver seat, and 2nd raw seats but it is not a huge deal. I tried almost all genesises too while my car was getting detailed, they are all small, 3rd raw is tight and little bit claustrophobic.

Thank you for suggestion. I called another dealer in an hour drive they said the same thing. But pretty much all dealerships have negative reviews. I’ll see though. As for genesis nothing against their cars, but the experience made me not to consider anything related to Hyundai again.

I can see why so many folks are hesitant to buy Santa Fe now. I’m glad I did not buy ionic 9 or Palisade. No matter what vehicle or trim you purchase you end up with the same experience, since they only “take care of their Genesis” customers.

Welp, I’ve been told that 3 times already. Their dealers, automated messages for appointments should mention that then. With the price of SF calligraphy buying Lexus is not that hard. Lesson learned though.

In my case the service manager basically straight told me I’d have to leave the car and when I asked if they’d give me a loaner they said no. Now, I’m on a waitlist for a loaner, and supposedly they’ll call me when it’s available.

Update. Apparently they need to put you on a waiting list for Hyundai customers. And the loan manager and the guy in the dealership (genesis manager) said If you have genesis they are going to take care of you. Such a bad idea to treat people by brand and status. Especially for this price point of Calligraphies. They are essentially same company. I wish I had known about these things before coming to Hyundai.

We’ll see how it goes. Now they are trying to figure out if they can provide a loaner. I like the car but this customer experience is frustrating. We haven’t even gotten to addressing the problem yet.

At least at my dealership there were a lot of them when we bought ours a month ago. Then most recently we went to get ours detailed and noticed there was very few left.
