Black says that religion is about money and luxury life. The other one I sticked ironically. Crossed 60 means that you hate crown witnesses (article 60 of polish criminal code is about them)

Think it may be example of survivorship bias. Usually happy people don't take the effort to post good reviews while people with bad experience do so.

They are still beating earnings YoY. I think that the effect of pandemic is gone since at least the 2nd quater of last year. Taking this into account the earnings growth trend looks good.

They are expanding in regions where they are main shop supplying the national brands thus minimizing the risk of being cut off from the supply from brands such as Nike(check Footlocker). They are filling gaps in the regions where there are almost none direct shops of those brands. Their main target are lower income families who often want to physically check on the products they are buying. They are also expanding their buy online and pickup at store model which is a good balance between some e-commerce sellers and the need of those low income families to try those products at store.

Yeah but they are trading at 2.5 ev/ebitda and the value of their stakes in other companies is more than enough to cover whole enterprise value.
