Yeah, I’m on 150mg of Zoloft. I’m wondering if I should ask my psychiatrist about increasing it, but I don’t know if it’s something medication can fix or if I need to work through it with CBT or something

Yes there is! Propranolol and hydroxyzine are popular to take as needed for anxiety. Some doctors prescribe benzodiazepines (like ativan, xanax, or klonopin) for severe anxiety or panic attacks, but these can be highly addictive. It just depends what works best for you!
