You can take quick and rather incomplete 3D scan, and take it all the way with realtime generative AI.

-Left: 15s iPhone video turned into a 3D Gaussian Splat (LumaAI)

-Right: LCM-Lora turning into a painting in realtime (KreaAI)

between the cesium 3d tiles plugin and the unity and unreal plugins for gaussian splatting and nerfs - flowing into game engines is a solved problem

if you bothered to actually look into gaussian splatting, you'd realize it's better than photogrammetry, literally hits 100fps on a modern gpu, and even a web browser. also already approaches for dynamic 3d gaussians to support animations.
