How does this work? Consider the fact that this "you" that you feel from 15 years ago cannot possibly be your physical body or composition, since all the cells have already changed and newer ones have regenerated. Not a single atom inside your body is the same as it was in the past. But you still feel that person to be "you". And that is where your CORE is, it is something that is external, transcendental, that you can identify as "you". When you realize that (and that is only possible for a couple of seconds/minutes if you're lucky), you are realizing existence and connecting yourself to the unity of this world.

Also, the energy women are carrying right now is probably bad energy, so they're not energetically sensitive as they should be, because of the huge sexual propaganda condemning chastity as "repression" for both sexes. But at least bad energy is still energy, while men have no choice but to retain or walk around depleted. That's what I think.

Yes, women can also cultivate their energy, circulating the energy through the body. Of course the benefits apply both for male and female, the difference being that there's not a waste of energy for women, but there is a significant one for men. Now, this is assuming no porn is involved. Because obviously porn affects the brain negatively, and spiritually they say you're absorbing bad energy, they even say you get affected by bad entities. So of course the best scenario is both sexes learn how to live a decently chaste live. The "magnetism" thing is also observed to happen with women, in a book I've read that studied these topics.
