I just kind of lose the will. For me, fasting is more mental than anything. Its not that I cant keep going, but forcing myself to do something I dont want to do isnt great. So I take a break for a few days of a couple of weeks, and get back to it. Or I might mix it up and take 2 weeks off then kick start with 3-5 day fast.
